A stunning kit, with beautiful materials
I started this kit at an in person workshop with Rosie. The materials were beautifully packaged and plentiful for the design. Rosie clearly explained the steps to complete each part of the design, and her written instructions were also easy to follow. I have really enjoyed stitching my dragon and Rosie has been supportive when I've asked questions. I recommend both this kit and the company.

I ordered the dragon brooch kit with my birthday money. I have always wanted to have a go at bead embroidery. I am so pleased with it! You get everything you need and instructions but not only that. You can join a Facebook group for people who have ordered kits too where you can ask questions and show.off your results! The Crafty Heart staff are also there commenting and helping out. I even saw a comment thanking Rosie for helping her via a phone call! I ran out of some sequins and they sent me some more to finish my brooch straight away, no extra charge. Honestly the best customer service I've ever seen or had the privilege of dealing with. And the brooch is beautiful and so easy and fun to make. I cannot recommend the crafty heart kits enough! Fantastic is an understatement.
