Hello, I'm Rosie Wu.  

In the summer of 2023, my husband and I decided to turn an idea into reality.

It all began with a simple embroidery kit I bought online—a kit that left much to be desired. 

The poor-quality materials, lack of clear instructions,

and excessive plastic packaging made me realise I could create something so much better.

The Crafty Heart is not just about embroidery;

it’s about discovering your ability to learn new skills, giving back to nature,

and gaining the confidence to face any challenge with creativity and determination.

As we’re still in the early stages of our journey, we’re constantly learning and improving every day.

 I want to say a big thank you to all the customers who have trusted and supported us along the way.

We truly have the most amazing customers.

 You all make this journey so special, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
